To bring together a team to improve local, state and federal customer service to all land owners and landusers--particularly small, beginning and limited resource farmers. Since 1996, the TAG partnership has worked together to further outreach efforts and share resources to promote change for the benefit of producers, our natural resources and agricultural communitites.

Team Agriculture Georgia exists to:

Any underserved individual or group, not fully aware of the programs, technical assistance and various services provided through universities, community based organizations, and local, state and federal agencies.

TAG is a multicultural group of professionals and support staff from eight different USDA agencies; six state agencies; two educational institutions; and several non-governmental groups and community based organizations. In addition to strengthening cooperative USDA efforts at the state level, TAG also drives local-level partnership development through networking.
