Mission: The USDA Natural Resources Conservation (NCRS) is the federal agency that provides leadership and administers programs to help people conserve, improve and sustain our natural resources and environment. We provide conservation planning and financial and technical assistance, through local conservation districts, to all landowners and land users across the nation.
