Mission: The Farm Service Agency (FSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, administers farm commodity and conservation programs for farmers and makes ownership, operating and farm storage facility loans. FSA programs are primarily directed at agricultural producers or, in the case of loans, at those with farming experience.
